Move to the country.

This is going to seem very old since we moved over a year ago. After selling our 1/2 acre property, renting a small house in town, and finally purchasing about 5 acres 15 minutes out of town, we have landed. We took possession at the beginning of June 2010 and started ripping out the basement. We moved into the sunroom for the summer after school ended at the beginning of July 2010. We renovated the house all summer. Totally gutting and refinishing the basement, new roof, new siding, and a couple of new windows. We had our friend, who is a contractor do most of the work or contract it out. My dad and I stripped the roof and I put the shingles on. The following photos are before, during and after. We had a lot of help from friends and family.
